Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser data to help detect spam.

An anonymized string (also called a hash) created from your email may be sent to the Gravatar service to check if you use it. The Gravatar privacy policy is available at: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After your comment is approved, your profile photo becomes visible to the public alongside your comment.

Media
If you upload images to the website, avoid uploading those with embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors can download and extract location data from these images.

Cookies
When you leave a comment, you may choose to save your name, email, and website in cookies for your convenience, so you don’t have to fill in your details again. These cookies last for one year.

If you have an account and log in, a temporary cookie will be created to check if your browser accepts cookies. It contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log into your account, several cookies are created to save your account info and display preferences. Login cookies last two days, and screen option cookies last one year. If you select “Remember Me,” your login will persist for two weeks. When you log out, login cookies are removed.

If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. It includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after one day.

Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content like videos, images, and articles. Embedded content behaves in the same way as if the visitor had visited the other site directly.

These external sites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content—especially if you have an account and are logged into that site.

Who we share your data with
If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This allows us to automatically approve any follow-up comments instead of holding them in moderation.

For users who register on our site (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can view, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except for their username). Site administrators can also view and edit that information.

Your rights over your data
If you have an account or have left comments, you can request an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you’ve provided. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include data we’re obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

Terms of Service

 

1. Service Agreement

By engaging our design services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services include but are not limited to ebook design, worksheet creation, infographics, organizational charts, social media graphics, and custom formatting.

 

2. Project Process

Our standard process includes:

  • Initial consultation and project scope definition
  • Content review and design planning
  • Design creation and client review
  • Revisions (up to 3 rounds included)
  • Final delivery in requested formats

 

3. Payment Terms

 

  • 50% deposit required to begin work
  • Final 50% due upon project completion
  • Payment methods: PayPal or ACH transfer (US)
  • Late payment fee: 2% per month on overdue amounts

 

4. Revisions and Changes

Up to 3 rounds of revisions are included in the project cost. Additional revisions beyond this scope will be charged at $25 per hour. Major scope changes may require a new project agreement.

 

5. Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery times:

  • Simple designs (worksheets, social media): 3-5 business days
  • Medium complexity (infographics, charts): 5-7 business days
  • Complex projects (ebooks, comprehensive materials): 7-14 business days

 

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full rights to the final design files. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless specifically requested otherwise.

 

7. Cancellation Policy

Projects may be cancelled with 24 hours notice. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. Completed work will be charged proportionally.

 

Information Collection

We collect only the information necessary to provide our design services, including:

  • Contact information (name, email, phone)
  • Project requirements and content
  • Payment information (processed securely through PayPal or banking systems)

 

Information Use

Your information is used solely for:

  • Project communication and delivery
  • Payment processing
  • Customer support
  • Legal compliance

 

Information Protection

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information and project content. We do not sell, trade, or share your information with third parties except as necessary for payment processing.

 

Data Retention

Project files and communication records are retained for 2 years after project completion for support purposes. Personal information is deleted upon request after project completion.
